Hans J. Wegners model 512 designed in 1949 is considered to be among his most important and iconic works. The chair is labeled by the manufactorer master cabinetmaker Johannes Hansen, Copenhagen Denmark and is a good example of the top craftmanship and quality that characterized Johannes Hansens furniture.

 

The chair is designed and made for casual use in the house or in the garden - easy to fold for storage and even designed so it can be suspended from a bracket on the wall when folded and easy to unfold again thee next time you need it.

 

This folding chair has been fully restored, refinished and recaned with new rattan and cane by our top skilled and experienced professional craftsmen in order to ensure that it's in top condition with only few and minor signs of age and use.
